Short-Term Goals

  • Succession for leading the RHQ CGT team.
  • Increase awareness and sense of responsibility among local management.
  • Strengthen the organisational structure for customs management in the EU.
  • Roll out the global Terminal Management System (ATLAS) including the Compliance Management System (CMS) for CGT services and compliance.

  • Emphasize the continuous need for IT support and development team with expertise in customs processes and system implementations.

  • Apply for cross-border customs licenses covering all, or the majority, of EU terminals.


Mid-Term Goals

  • Update AO/IC's.

  • Further deploy internal controls and role-specific e-learning programs.

  • Implement a standardized training curriculum for local management.

  • Deploy a standardized set of controls for local management.

  • Centralize customs licenses under the NL entity to cover all or most EU terminals from a customs perspective.
