The main purpose of this guideline is to:

1. Ensure awareness with the Leadership Team regarding the impact of CGT on our business;

2. Provide insight into how the CGT function is organized within VTTI;

3. Outline the control framework in place to optimize our processes and ensure compliance, minimizing risk;

4. Ensure continuity of the CGT function.
