Introduction
VTTI is a global company operating in the energy storage sector. It manages and operates terminals for the storage and handling of bulk liquids, including petroleum products, chemicals, and other energy-related commodities. Its activities support the storage, distribution, and logistics of these products across international markets.
VTTI Terminals II B.V. is an intermediate holding entity within the VTTI group and holds the shares in various operational companiesentities that operate terminal facilities.
The majority of these entities hold their own set of customs and excise authorisations. However, the customs and excise authorisations of the following two terminals are held by VTTI Terminals II B.V.: holds the customs and excise authorisations for the following two terminals:

This document describes the Administrative Organization and measures of Internal Control of VTTI Terminals II BV (hereafter also referred to as "VTTI"), in relation to customs and excise for these two terminals.
