# Purpose of This Guideline

The main objectives of this guideline are to:

- Ensure the Leadership Team is aware of the impact of CGT on VTTI’s business.
- Provide insight into the organization and responsibilities of the CGT function within VTTI.
- Outline the control framework designed to optimize processes, ensure compliance, and minimize risk.
- Support continuity and resilience of the CGT function.
