Effective management of the terminals is carried out at VTTI B.V., the top holding entity for the terminal operations within the VTTI group.
Within the EU, all terminals have one or more dedicated resources for C&E. The C&E employees at the terminal are supported proactively and upon request by the CGT team.
The C&E employees at the terminals have a hierarchical reporting line into the CSC manager as responsible manager for CS and Customs and a functional reporting line into the CGT team.
